As a top quality touch point you represent Customer Service within SWISS and Lufthansa Group in all aspects of feedback management processes, with the special scope on operations, compliance and development.
Coordination of feedback services operations in collaboration with all teams
Development of operational processes for SWISS and Lufthansa Group (LHG) considering commercial and legal aspects
Creation of synergies and harmonization of group-wide feedback service processes
Leading and contributing to projects with a focus on processes, quality and compliance
Interfacing with business partners and other internal units
Communication of functional content to all stakeholders and handling teams
Regular quality control for all locations and implementation of the necessary measures
Responsibility for meeting service levels and performance targets
Case assessment and financial approval according to FAR
Preparation of regular reports and statistics

Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
Excellent communication skills, German and English language
Experience in Customer Service and/or Travel Industry
Proficient in MS Office / O365
Pro-active team player with an understanding of customer experience and hospitality
Likes to work in a complex, multi-location environment
