Responsibilities: - Development and validation of cellular biomarker assays based on Flow Cytometry technology. - Implementation of validated biomarker assays in clinical studies. - Generating and interpreting data to enable proof of mechanism, dose selection, and proof of biology across early clinical programs. - Providing subject matter expertise for transitioning, implementing, and monitoring assay development and validation at external providers. - Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of data generated through outsourced activities.
Requirements: - BS/MS degree in Biology, Immunology, Cell biology, or a laboratory technician with relevant experience. - Extensive understanding, knowledge, and practical experience with Flow Cytometry. - Analytical thinking, willingness to accept responsibility, and strong teamwork skills. - Experience working in a global organization and matrix-resourcing model. - Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Spotfire, GraphPad Prism). - Good communication skills in English, both oral and written. - Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to Biomarker Development.
