• Cash-Flow Analysen
• Markt- und Mieterresearch
• Analyse und Auswertung von Kennzahlen f\\xc3\\xbcr Benchmarks (z.B. im Bereich ESG: GRESB, PACTA) und Berichterstattungen
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung im Bereich Business Development sowie bei der Erstellung portfolio\\xc3\\xbcbergreifenden Analysen
• Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Pr\\xc3\\xa4sentationen f\\xc3\\xbcr Entscheidungsgremien
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei der Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und damit verbundenen Projekten (Photovoltaik, E-Mobilit\\xc3\\xa4t, Datenerfassung, Betriebsoptimierungen, etc.)
• Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung, Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsr\\xc3\\xbcckst\\xc3\\xa4nde, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
• \\xc3\\x9cbernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

Your Profile

• Kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft, allgemeines kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Interesse an Immobilien und Nachhaltigkeit
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift / Franz\\xc3\\xb6sisch von Vorteil
• Ausgepr\\xc3\\xa4gte analytische F\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten
• Teamplayer
