Position

You are a core-member of the service team and the main source of technical inputs.

Your main responsibility is to define the maintenance activities required to keep the power plant competitive and reliable for the whole duration of the service contracts. Thanks to your broad knowledge of rotating equipment of combined cycle power plants you also contribute to the resolution of technical issues and support the tendering activities for service products.

Your tasks:

Overall scope definition of gas turbine, generators, steam turbines and respective auxiliary systems maintenance activities for all type of inspections, overhauls and upgrade projects in coordination with dedicated service teams \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Single technical point of contact of customers \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Involving and coordinating specialists and engineering resources based on need \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Actively contribute to the resolution of all types of fleet and site specific technical issues \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Technical support during inspection execution \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Ensure completeness and correctness of the delivered technical documentation \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance planning and technical support processes \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of the Service Engineering and Product management team and processes \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Contribute to EHS targets.

Requirements

Your profile:

University degree in Engineering or equivalent education \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants \\xe2\\x80\\xa2Knowledge of gas turbine main components and operation principles \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Proven Project Management skills: focus, structure, organization, discipline, planning, collaboration & coordination, prioritization, sticking to deadlines and commitments, negotiations \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Experience in operation and maintenance of power stations is desirable \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Analytical, result-driven, and proactive way of working and acting \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Communicative team player with intercultural competence \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Stress resistant \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Open to answer customers outside of working hours \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Willing to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Excellent command of English, further knowledge of Italian/German/French would be an asset.
