Position

You ensure the availability of material and services for our international power service business and R&D organizations considering time, cost and quality.

Your tasks:

Purchase order creation via ERP system as generated by the MRP \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Manage the whole purchase order process from request for quotations, supplier selection, order creation and approval to timely delivery \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Prepare bid evaluation respecting best choice supplier regarding quality, lead time and price \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Ensure the implementation of our Terms & Conditions and manage the contractual setup with suppliers \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Maintenance of material master data \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Coordinate and operate in team with our procurement department in Genoa \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Identify new suppliers and execute the supplier qualification process \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Close co-operation with supply chain teams in Baden and Genoa \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Drive the continuous improvement process.

Requirements

Your profile:

Commercial diploma with higher education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics or comparable further education \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 3 years of professional experience in purchasing / supply chain organization \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Good communication skills & ability to develop transversal \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Able to work autonomously \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Proficient MS Office (Excel) and SAP (Material management module) user \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Excellent command of English, German or Italian is beneficial \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Preferably experience with technical products.
