As a Polyvalent Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the company and its offices. As a valuable support to the Head of Finance and Administration, you will be mainly responsible for general administrative activities, office management, organisation of staff events as well as assisting our HR team with recruitment, mainly in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Your responsibilities :
Carry out general administrative tasks related to company organization, legal affairs and finance (complete forms, prepare documents and files, manage mail and post services).
Support the Finance team by extracting reports, verifying expenses, controlling
Reconcile, update and monitor data to track the structure\\\'s activity and ensure data quality throughout the whole company (finance, legal, operations)
Ensure the smooth running of all offices (manage office supply, coordinate with third-party providers)
Organize staff events and travels (book accommodation, flights and train tickets)
Be the referral person for general company communications and look after the general employees\\xe2\\x80\\x99 requests
Participate in the recruitment of new employees, particularly in the German speaking part of Switzerland and Germany (active sourcing and first calls)
Provide HR support (coordination of the onboarding)

Your Profile :
CFC in business administration or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position in Switzerland
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Accurate, reliable and autonomous
Flexible
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
At ease with digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swiss-German with very good knowledge of English or French,
