About the job
In this exciting position, you will report to the Head of Product Creation Processes and Systems. You will work as the bridge between the process and the systems to enable end users to work with global processes and standards. You will be in constant collaboration with different business functions to understand their challenges, translate business requirements into functional specifications, facilitate process improvements, and evaluate IT solutions through business cases/user stories.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Connect with the process owner, anticipating requirements (short, mid and long term), uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Identify opportunities and implement system requirements based on the business strategy and the process owner needs, as well as maintain constant coordination with process experts and key users
Analize system requirements, filter/translate/iterate into system adaptions, steer implementation with testing and training (challenging back with requesters, refine and rework ideas) to get the best solutions
Analize requirements to ensure that requirements will be implemented within standard and/or out-of-the-box functionality
Produce detailed requirement specifications including acceptance criteria, assess solutions and options through business case processes, as well as assist with integration and user acceptance testing
Plan and execute trainings for key users and business partners, as well as create and/or review manuals, procedures, functional specifications, and related user training documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
Appoint and onboard new Key Users into the community, and manage and deploy change requests and business releases together with process experts and key users
Maintain the community knowledge by updating and refreshing their system and process knowledge
Manage Projects and monitoring performance, create business cases and project proposals with strong rationale and present the results to stakeholders
Create detailed project plans, including fiscal and human resource needs
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Knowledge across the different steps of Product Development (Design, Develop, Produce) \\xe2\\x80\\x93 with a focus on systems (PLM, SAP)
Minimum 5 years of experience in process and project management, with focus on PLM, Product Management and ERP systems
Bachelors in engineering, or other similar areas
English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Agile & Scrum delivery basic knowledge
Experience documenting and mapping business, functional and technical requirements
Knowledge/Understanding of basic tenets of Product Life Cycle Management
High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft office tools
Strong analytical mind, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to drive and manage change
Able to multitask and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Second language is a plus- German/French
