Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pharmacometrics function within Translational R&D, playing a key role in the early clinical phases of drug development.
Apply your expertise in pharmacometrics, population PK/PD modelling, and clinical trial simulation to support the development and evaluation of our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s innovative compounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct pharmacometric analyses to inform critical decision-making in drug development.
Requirements:
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a similar discipline with demonstrated expertise in pharmacometrics.
Possesses excellent programming skills in R, Python, or similar languages, with solid hands-on experience in population PK/PD modelling software such as NONMEM or Monolix.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of pharmacology and pharmacokinetic concepts, as well as preclinical and clinical development.
Have at least 7 years of experience in pharmacometrics within Translational R&D and early clinical phases of drug development, preferably in oncology and/or antibiotics.
Knowledge of GCP, GCLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines is essential.
Fluent in English and French.
