Our client is an international biopharmaceutical company headquartered in the French speaking part of Switzerland with globally established and recognized products in innovative therapeutic areas.

A demanding ERP Integration project will move into the next step of implementation. To support the local site as well as external manufacturing sites involved we seek to recruit several SAP Integration Professionals. The positions require strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills, mainly with IT Business Partners, IT Digital Capability Managers and the local Business team.

Following demanding Jobs are now available:

Senior Project Coordinator/Manager

• Setup of project management and governance structure
• Plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of project.
• Serve as bridge between Global Program Manager and Local site Project Management

Cutover Lead

• Define, document and present cutover strategy in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Leads the cutover plan for all Functional Areas (Business and IT teams)
• Ensures Cutover related deliverables and schedule adhere to established norms
• Liaise and coordinate with all workstream leads, Testing Lead, Training Lead, Program Manager, Site Project Manager and other stakeholders

Testing and Security Lead

• Track and coordinate activities including test scope, preparation, execution schedule, and execution
• Support Functional Leads in identifying script creators, approvers, testers, and defect managers
• Communicates and identifies cross-functional interdependencies
• Builds and tracks the testing schedule with Program Manager, Site Project Manager

Training Lead

• Oversee and organize training activities and materials with the Functional Areas and their Leads
• Supports the Global Program Manager and Site Project Manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of the training activities
• Prepares Training status reports and documentation

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 SAP Project deployment expertise in Pharma, ERP Systems implementation \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Preferably SAP and GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included
• Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience is a must
• Implementation of other standalone and interconnected computerized systems supporting Production activities
• Proficiency into System Development Lifecycle and Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Awareness of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance requirements
• Familiar with Change Management process and tools and regulated document authoring

• Applications with existing Swiss work permit and reasonable availability will be preferred.
• Contract duration is planned for 18 months till march 2025.
• At least 3 days on site presence required, no remote working!
