Pharma | IP Paralegal | Basel | Perm. | 100% | Oct. 2023 | CHF 85\\\'000+
Responsibilities:
Keep track of and manage deadlines pertaining to IP matters
Create, generate, uphold, file, and supervise tradmark licensing agreements
Handle the filing and oversee the renewal process for trademark registrations
Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of IP-related administrative matters
Oversee IP management software adiministration and prepare portfolio reports
Experience:
Familiarity with working in an international environment
Law degree or equivalent certification for IP Paralegal
Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
Academic IP / Trademark knowledge
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
