Your responsibilities
In this challenging position you will manage independently the family secretariat, being his right hand in all organizational and administrative issues. Moreover, you are responsible for:
Organization of internal and external meetings and events
Agenda management, organization of travel routes with comprehensive travel plans
Time management (mailbox and calendar management)
Manage correspondence and administration support
Creation of presentations, expense reports and invitations
Signing and filing of invoices
Contact point for various internal and external partners
Correspondence in English and Russian
Your profile
You have a Bachelor\\\'s degree ideally with a further training as Executive Assistant and at 5 years\\\' of professional experience in a similar position in an international company. You offer also:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexible and able to adapt to different priorities
Perfect knowledge of Russian and English language
Ability to work under pressure of time and deadlines
Degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with stakeholders across various levels both internally and externally
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Polished, professional approach and the ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships is necessary
