As part of its development, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist with a good command of French and English to join their team and ensure effective payroll management in an international environment.Responsabilit\\xc3\\xa9s
- Manage the entire payroll process for employees
- Ensure compliance with current social and tax legislation
- Prepare, verify, and validate payslips
- Track absences, leave, and employee benefits
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and tools
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient management
- Proven experience in payroll management, ideally in an industrial or international environment
- Excellent command of payroll software and HR tools (SAP is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Good command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, organized, and with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a multicultural settin
