SearchSearchRecruitment ConsultantJob Description EMEA Recruitment is delighted to partner with an exciting business as it looks to recruit a Payroll Expert into its Zurich office.This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working flexibility.As the Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate Payroll advice and support. You will therefore need to be detail-orientated, with experience in a similar role.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of Payroll accounts to financial statements
Assist with employee compensation-related activities
Processing of employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Taxes
Supporting internal requirements, such as ensuring the proper completion and submission of annual leave reports
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience working in a Payroll focused role where you have managed payroll for a medium-sized business
Sound working knowledge of Abacus
Knowledge of Swiss Labour Law
Fluent in English and German (essential) - proficiency in French is desirable
Technically strong with IT systems
