In this position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing payment workflows, resolving payments issues, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth integration of new Correspondent Bank & Payment Service Providers into daily banking operations. • Oversee a wide range of domestic and cross-border payments including SWIFT, SEPA, and SIC to ensure prompt and accurate transaction processing.

• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners, addressing payment delays or errors and coordinating with correspondent banks to facilitate timely resolutions.

• Monitor payment queues to identify and resolve any processing delays or issues.

• Reconcile payment transactions with bank statements to ensure accuracy.

• Continuously review payment policies and procedures, recommending improvements that enhance speed, reduce risk, and optimize resource allocation.

Operational Integration & Compliance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Treasury, Relationship Management) to integrate new Correspondent Bank & Payment Service Providers into day-to-day processes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively identifying areas of risk and implementing corrective measures.

Process Improvement & Automation
