\\nYou ensure the patent process through identifying and evaluating technical innovations to strengthen our IP Competencies in the field of Electronics, Power Electronics and Electrical Machines.
\\nSome of your exciting challenges include:
\\nDrafting and prosecuting the patent applications as well as attaining grants
\\nProviding consulting services for management in all patent and design matters
\\nDrafting patent applications, answering office actions and, leading cross-functional tasks from IP perspective
\\nClose collaboration with development teams across the Schindler Group and coordinating external patent agents
\\nEnforcement or defence of own patents, invalidation of 3rd party patents, and elaboration of expert opinions for validity and infringement of patents
You are a good communicator and collaborate effortlessly with inventors. Your strong analytical skills complement your self-driven, flexible, and innovative mindseet. You execute work in an autonomous and structured way.
\\nFurther requirements may include:
\\nMaster\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in engineering or physics
\\nQualification as a European Patent Attorney
\\nSolid experience in patent attorney work of Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Electrical Machines in an international industrial environment
\\nWorking proficiency in English and German
