\\nOur client:Our client is a global multinational technology corporation.Job Context:In the context of a succession planning, we are looking for Partner Sales Director, who will lead a team of 6-7 Channel Sales Managers across Switzerland. The position reports directly into the Divisional General Manager.This position is required to support the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s local brand, improving the channel system, recruiting partners, and strengthening partnerships.Main Responsibilities:
Build and develop a pioneering and high-performance channel team, establish and cultivate professional partner sales culture, and coordinate with internal and external resources to support the team to achieve business targets.
Recruit and develop channel partners
Promote the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s products and value proposition to grow partner share
Develop partner business and marketing plans with regular management reviews
Work with partners to embed the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s portfolio in vertical market solutions
Be the main contact to provide high quality support to all aspects of the partners\\xe2\\x80\\x99 business
Work closely with the direct sales team to ensure full understanding of partner capability and solutions
Candidate Profile:
10+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 work experience in the Swiss tech market
Solid background in partner sales / channel sales with an extensive and active network within the channel market at C-Level (distributors, resellers, integrators)
Managerial experience of mid-sized teams
Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
Fluent in German and English. French would be an asset
