Einem/einer Paralegal/Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte(n) f\\xc3\\xbcr die Rechtsabteilung, die/der dem General Counsel am Hauptsitz der Gruppe in Lachen unterstellt ist. Die Arbeitsstelle

Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung der Rechtsabteilung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, wie z.B.:

• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei der Erstellung und \\xc3\\x9cberpr\\xc3\\xbcfung von rechtlichen Dokumenten und Briefen
• Lebenszyklus von Vertr\\xc3\\xa4gen: von der Unterschriftensammlung bis zur Ablage der Vertr\\xc3\\xa4ge
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei \\xc3\\xb6ffentlichen Ausschreibungen
• Konzernweites Corporate Housekeeping
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei der Anmeldung/Betreuung von Patenten und Handelsmarken

Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr LCM (Vertrags- und Aktenverwaltungssystem):

• First-Level-User-Support
• Verwaltung
• Schulungen

• LCM-bezogene Projekte
• Allgemeine Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung des LCM-Projektleiters

Der ideale Kandidat/die ideale Kandidatin

Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder KV-Abg\\xc3\\xa4nger/in (Kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnische/r Angestellte/r) mit

• Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei/Rechtsabteilung oder in einer kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnischen Abteilung vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im Betreuen von Vertragsmanagementsystemen
• Verst\\xc3\\xa4ndnis, Interesse und Spass an Informationstechnologie, Informationssystemen und Prozessen
• versierten MS-Office Kenntnissen
• selbst\\xc3\\xa4ndiger, zuverl\\xc3\\xa4ssiger Arbeitsweise
• ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)

Sie sind zudem ein/e engagierter/engagierte, zuverl\\xc3\\xa4ssiger/zuverl\\xc3\\xa4ssige Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterin, kommunikationsf\\xc3\\xa4hig und gerne in Kontakt mit anderen Abteilungen.
