HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Identifying bottlenecks & inefficiencies and define appropriate actions
Document current processes and roles & responsibilities
Measure and analyse overall efficiency
Identify, propose and present actions plan, including scoping, business case, stakeholders identification, change management approach, project team definition, etc.
Leading and implementing Group Distribution projects
Participating in the implementation of new distribution processes for the Maison
Participating to Group workshops as the Maison representative
Assessing changes impact on the organization and coordinating change management
Acting as an interface between a wide range of stakeholders (Group, HQ Teams, Markets\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
Organizing testing activities
Ensuring projects implementation
Leading and implementing Organisation projects
Design high level organization & identify major changes required
Prepare the transformation with stakeholders (managers and teams): bring rationality, define in more detail the design, missions, operating modes required in a co-construction and collaboration mode
Define the tools, support the redesign of processes
Integrate, evaluate, test and adjust
Communicate, inform stakeholders about the project and initiate decision-making process, carry out iterative loops, co-define actions, if necessary, etc.
Animate Gemini Key-Users community & continuous improvement
Ensure that processes are well understood, documented and implemented
Support key-users with issues related to the application of these procedures and information system use
Identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions
Coordinate the successful completion of releases & non-regression tests
Master\\\'s degree Engineering or equivalent
Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organisation
Minimum 5 years\\\' experience in consulting industry and/or experience in major strategic projects un large organizations
Fluency in spoken and written in French and English
Desired skills: innovative, leadership, team player, listening, empathy, strategic thinking, communication and convincing skills, solid expertise in Systems/Projects/Transformation and Change Management.
