We are looking for talented individuals to join our team within the International Private Bank as a Service and Solutions Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a fast paced and challenging environment where you will deliver exceptional operations service to the Business and their Clients across the EMEA region.

The Service and Solutions team is part of our broader Operations department. We are the main point of contact for client facing teams for operational activities across all products for the International Private Bank. This team is responsible for supporting the business in various locations across the EMEA region. A close coordination with the Asian and Latin American regions is also required to ensure global support is provided.

Job responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for key business stake holders Client Advisors, Investors and Client service, from an operations perspective
• Partner with key business stakeholders when they have exceptional, complex, or escalated operational queries.
• Ensure an optimal client experience when reviewing and facilitating complex operational queries.
• Provide first class service to the client facing teams by helping triage issues that occur.
• Manage the implementation of technical changes through investor education and resolution of any post release issues.
• Reporting to the business of key themes to help improve the user and client experience.
• Display a solutions driven mindset, find solutions to business issues and use data to communicate the results/tell the story.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in a Middle Office/Trade Support/Client Service function along with a minimum of 2 years experience with a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial Institution.
• Operational and client focus mindset with good analytical skills, understanding of process flows.
• Solutions driven Mindset, think outside the box to find solutions for the business
• Capable of analysing processes to find opportunities for improvement to avoid trading risk and improve efficiency.
• Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and can execute on assignments independently, strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in process re-engineering
• Data analysis experience
