We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery and Operations Manager for product onboarding, external operations, and customer data delivery to join our team. Aufgaben

• Lead & manage customer projects, including on-site visits, client onboarding, and coordination with third-party suppliers.
• Ensure on-time data release to customers within specified timeframes.
• Define processes and prepare briefings for third-party suppliers.
• You will have the opportunity to build your own operations / delivery team.
• Provide daily operations support during while transitioning from a MVP to a scalable product.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with external partners and subcontractors, as well as with clients and our chosen partners.
• Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to collect customer input, coordinate bug reporting, and prioritize bug fixes without disrupting the product development workflow.
• Perform resource planning and tracking to optimize processes.
• Plan and work within established budgets.

Qualifikation

• You have proven that you can successfully execute projects and define scalable business processes (\\xe2\\x80\\x9cStandard Operating Procedures\\xe2\\x80\\x9d)
• Ideally, 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Technological understanding, but no specific industry knowledge required. Startup and drone experience is a big plus.
• Proficient in defining, documenting, and optimizing processes for:
• Product demonstrations
• One-time inspections
• Onboarding for recurring automation
• Ability to provide level 2 product support interface between our partners and customers doing most of the on-site support and our Zurich-based engineering department.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to visit customer and partners.
• English speaking proficiency: knowledge of German, French, Dutch, and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver\\\'s license (Category B).
