You are jointly responsible for a smooth training process. You will be in contact with our airline customers from all over the world, clarify questions and provide on-site support. In addition, you will support our instructors in the preparation and follow-up of training courses.
Organization and provision of training material
Trouble shooting during ongoing training operations
Manage and issue certificates
Monthly control of the time recording of the instructors
Responsible for hardware and software support in the area of Safety & Service Training (SST)
Responsible for the ordering and maintenance of training materials and the corresponding invoice verification
Collaboration in projects and working groups
Participation in internal process management

Requirements
You have completed your professional training and have at least two years of professional experience in the administrative field.
You are a planning and organizational talent and have preferably already worked in aviation, which is why you are familiar with the interrelationships and processes of cabin training
You have very good MS-Office skills and an affinity for IT
You work independently and have a well-organized way of working
You communicate appropriately and convince with your networked thinking
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
