You are jointly responsible for a smooth training process. You will be in contact with our airline customers from all over the world, clarify questions and provide on-site support. In addition, you will support our instructors in the preparation and follow-up of training courses.

• Organization and provision of training material
• Trouble shooting during ongoing training operations
• Manage and issue certificates
• Monthly control of the time recording of the instructors
• Responsible for hardware and software support in the area of Safety & Service Training (SST)
• Responsible for the ordering and maintenance of training materials and the corresponding invoice verification
• Collaboration in projects and working groups
• Participation in internal process management

Requirements

• You have completed your professional training and have at least two years of professional experience in the administrative field.
• You are a planning and organizational talent and have preferably already worked in aviation, which is why you are familiar with the interrelationships and processes of cabin training
• You have very good MS-Office skills and an affinity for IT
• You work independently and have a well-organized way of working
• You communicate appropriately and convince with your networked thinking
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
