For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a NPI & Contract Billing Coordinator.

The primary role of the NPI & Contract Billing Coordinator is the delivery of NPI projects from development phase to first commercial shipment and the follow up of the different activities and their corresponding contract billing milestones in between.

The Role:

• Responsible for processing customer development purchase orders
• Responsible for tracking project milestone completion and preparing corresponding customer contract billing invoices during the development phase
• Responsible for regular status report of development milestone completion to management
• Support new product launches by leading, and coordinating team members on NPI projects
• Ensure all cross-functional activities are aligned to meet the required performance, quality standard, customer timings and requirements
• Overseeing the setup of new customers from a master data perspective
• Identify potential problems early, resolve external and internal issues with the team in a timely and proactive approach by assuming ownership of problems, strategizing with affected departments, and selecting and implementing solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of the NPI process by identifying and recommending new approaches, policies, and standard operating procedures
• Schedule and lead meetings as necessary

The Candidate:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience of applying project management methodology, tools, techniques and terminology
• Experience in pharma industry preferred
• Experience of working globally across different functions and cultures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to present information to diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Fluent in English. Any other language is a benefit
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Result focused & problem solving
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys challenges
• Extremely collaborative & team player
• Experience in ERP systems (JDE Oracle, SAP etc) is a plus
• Lean 6 Sigma certification is a plus
