- Empfangen und betreuen der internationalen G\\xc3\\xa4ste
- Check-in, Check-out, auch Walk-In
- Kassenf\\xc3\\xbchrung und Abschluss inklusive Vorbereitung der cash-R\\xc3\\xbcckerstattung f\\xc3\\xbcr die Rezeption
- Kontrolle aller Kassenabrechnungen und Tagesabschl\\xc3\\xbcsse, Maisonbelege und Stornierungen
- Kontrolle & Verbuchung der Kreditkartenbelege, Debitorenverwaltung
- Tagesabschluss erstellen, Statistiken & Reports erarbeiten
- Vorbereitungen f\\xc3\\xbcr den n\\xc3\\xa4chsten Tag
- Telefondienst

Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung in der 5* Hotellerie oder Kettenhotellerie 5*
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team
- Sie sind der perfekte Gastgeber
- Deutsch, Franz\\xc3\\xb6sisch und Englisch fliessend zwingend
- Hotel PMS (vorzugsweise Opera) und Office Pack setzen wir voraus
- Hotelfach Ausbildung und Weiterbildung in Buchhaltung
