Network Engineer 100% \\n

Our opportunity \\n

This is a perfect opportunity for individual contributors which are proactive in their work approach and wish to provide solutions without being blocked by political decisions. As the Network Engineer, you will be responsi-ble for analyzing our currently deployed network solutions at our racing lounges, maintaining them, and pro-posing improvements to the concept. You will become part of IT department which is focused on creating standardized solutions for franchise racing lounges, as well as several other projects which have a direct im-pact on eSports and the Sim Racing audience. Your daily work would involve research and proposal of new network concepts, that accommodate daily lounge operations, as well as high usage events which include broadcasting and streaming. Further considerations would have to be made on the strategic level regarding deployment costs, fleet maintainability across multiple lounges and personnel training to operate the said equipment. Lastly occasional first line support regarding networking would be required, with up to 20% work-related travel to the lounge location. Your Responsibilities \\n

• Designing a scalable and standardized network solution for racing lounges\\n
• Designing and implementing firewalls and other security methods to secure company infrastructure\\n
• Maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and equipment, including tools and systems within company networks\\n
• Collaborating with IT Software team and Executive management on various cloud and local network projects\\n
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards\\n
• Educating racing lounge staff on the basic usage of network systems\\n
• Providing first level support at our head office and racing lounges\\n
• Documenting network updates, configuration changes and technical support and modifications\\n

Requirements \\n

Your Qualifications \\n

\\n

• \\n
• 4 Years of Experience in the role as Network engineer\\n
• Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in network engineering or computer science or other related degree or Network-ing certificates\\n
• Networking knowledge of protocols, devices, commands, topologies, techniques and best practices.\\n
• Experience in creating new networking solutions.\\n
• \"Can do\" Attitude, Excellent Communication and Good Problem solving skills.\\n
• Good level of English, knowledge of German is a plus.\\n
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.\\n
