\\n We\\\'re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and improve our online retail sales and operations at our headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland. Our group manages top snowboarding brands like Nidecker, Jones, YES., Now & Flow.

The right candidate understands e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and customer behavior online. You\\\'ll help grow our e-commerce presence and contribute to our overall success.

Tasks

E-commerce Management:

• Connect E-commerce team with other units (Customer Services, Logistics, IT, Marketing) for solutions that boost website performance and meet goals.
• Use analytics tools to track sales, website traffic, and more.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory for optimal sales.
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations for a smooth customer experience.

E-commerce & Digital Strategy:

• Work with Brands and a Web Agency for digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEM, SEO, and affiliates.
• Improve website\\\'s user interface and experience.
• Manage promotions, coupons, and Pro Program tasks.
• Spot new growth opportunities in e-commerce.

Inventory Management and Purchasing:

• Manage inventory levels and forecasts with the procurement team.

Customer Experience:

• Enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with e-Commerce customer service team (2-3 people) to solve order issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in E-commerce management, Sports Online Retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, inventory management, and analytics tools.
• Proficient in data analysis, detail-oriented.
• ERP platform experience (preferably NetSuite by Oracle).
• E-commerce solution provider experience (preferably Prestashop).
• Organized, adaptable, quick learner.
• Fluent in English and French, German is a plus.
• Strong project and management skills.
