\\n Description of the assignment:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager for Multinational Companies at Director or VP Level. The MNC Director/VP plays a fundamental role within the Corporate Coverage business model by assuming a key role on 3 dimensions: a strong commercial focus, credit expertise and KYC to serve our Multinational Groups.

Team:
Within Corporate & Institutional Banking, Corporate Coverage EMEA is responsible for advising corporate clients and delivering an array of the firm\\\'s services across strategically targeted client groups in various business sectors.
MNC Franchise in Switzerland is a key driver of the Corporate Coverage revenues and has high ambitions of development in the framework of the CIB Switzerland Growth Plan. In this context, we aim to strengthen our Zurich-based team.

Main activities:
Member of the Coverage Team, you will be mainly in charge of a portfolio of:
(i) mainly large swiss subsidiaries of Multinational Groups headquartered outside Switzerland, and
(ii) some US and APAC Multinational Groups having a regional role in Switzerland, i.e. EMEA Headquarter, Treasury Center etc. The MNC Director/VP works in close coordination with the Bankers abroad and implements the strategy jointly defined at local level (in EMEA for the US and APAC EMEA HQ).

You will also grow your client base by on-boarding new large MNCs, proactively contacting members of the BNP Paribas Coverage Team abroad to forge introductions to local prospects.
In this role, you will be the client entry point to build up and maintain strong relationship at adequate level (mainly CEO or CFO) by identifying the local and EMEA business opportunities and pitch BNPP extensive products and services: Cash Management, Trade, FX/IRD, working capital solutions, leasing etc as well as strategic topics.

You will manage your portfolio and grow revenues while:

• monitoring credit risk and contributing to the credit application in cooperation with Credit Analysts
• ensuring Compliance with Bank\\xe2\\x80\\x99s policies/procedures (especially KYC and AML/sanctions), CSR and regulatory requirements
• ensuring that the business carried out with your clients is appropriate, understandable and suitable and acting in a product-neutral manner in the best interest of the clients and of the BNP Paribas Group globally

Qualifications

Searched profile:

• At least 10 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in Banking, mainly in Corporate Coverage.
• International mindset and experience
• Advanced English and German, French is a plus, additional language is a plus
• Credit skills
• Knowledge of all products of the Bank for Corporates (CIB and non CIB products)
• Ability to cooperate with Bankers abroad and with the whole International network
• Ability to identify and develop local business opportunities
• Capacity to listen and understand client needs
• Ability to interact and have added value with CEOs and CFOs of demanding clients
• Sense of responsiveness and quality of service
• Strong capacity to develop a portfolio by prospecting new clients and to increase the wallet share on existing clients
