Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group\\\'s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
You will be joining Fund and Private Asset Services within Banking Operations which specifically support a range of operational activities on Investment Funds and Private Equities.
Based in Geneva, the Fund Middle Office team is a dynamic team of 6 professionals supporting trade executions and bookings on all Mutual and Hedge Funds across the Pictet group.

Description du poste :
- Ensure a timely follow up on trades executed on Funds (collection, chasing and control of contract notes, call backs on cash instructions)
- Collaborate closely with the different teams involved including the Trading team and the Transaction Booking team.
- Answer queries of internal and external stake holders on trades
- Ensure a timely closure of issues.
- Investigate cash and security breaks assigned to your team (including breaks linked to equalization, series etc\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
- Propose process improvements.
- University degree (Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s) in Business and/or Economics;
- Analytical, dynamic, solution oriented and team player;
- Experience in Fund operations is a plus;
- Must be at ease with complex products, accounting methodologies and tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills;
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
