MIDDLE OFFICE ANALYST - ASSET MANAGEMENT

Job description

• Trade booking, reconciliation & confirmation (liaising with market counterparties, custodian, administrator & other providers)
• Control and maintenance of data quality in Portfolio Management System
• Understanding and maintenance of Pre Trade Check rules
• Run of Pre Trade Check within UCITS environment for each order booked
• NAV review and reconciliation
• Cash projection reporting, cash management, currency exposure monitoring and adjustments
• Corporate actions monitoring and instruction
• Follow up with counterparties on various operational issues
• Development, enhancement & maintenance of the operational infrastructure (e.g. marco, vba, Power Query\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
• Maintaining and developing relationship with both external and internal clients

Profile required

• Experience in a similar role 3-5 years (Asset Manager, Hedge Fund)
• Fluent with good written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Power Query and VBA macro development capabilities will be a plus
• Good knowledge of traditional and alternative products (i.e. funds, hedge funds, fixed income, equity, ETF/ETD,)
• Good knowledge/understanding of currency hedging (i.e. spot, forward, swap)
• Portfolio and risk management knowledges (understanding of business and stake when exchanging with Front Office & PM & Risk & Back Office)
• Familiarity with UCITS & UCI environment & framework.

• Rigor and high attention to details
