Are you passionate about marketing? Would you like to gain work experience in a truly international organization? We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing department. If you\\xe2\\x80\\x99re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in customer journeys and marketing automation, then we want to work with you.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager Operations and Products, the successful candidate will provide analytical and operational support in executing the marketing strategy and plan for the entire portfolio focusing on marketing automation.

Collaborating with the Marketing Product Managers and Specialist, the candidate will proactively implement marketing automation campaigns that help meet annual product revenue targets with a focus on IATA Events.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with a track record of achieving impressive results. You thrive in challenging situations. You love to test and learn innovation. You use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and develop journeys to turn prospects into clients.

In your role you will analyze the results of campaigns and compile these results in comprehensive reports.

What your day would be like

\\n
  • \\n
  • Design and execute marketing automation campaigns that demonstrate direct revenue impact;\\n
  • Set up automated campaigns with the objective to nurture leads and develop them through the marketing funnel.\\n
  • Analyze campaign results and apply learnings to future campaigns; develop specialized knowledge about the right marketing automation tactics for various marketing objectives and products and advise marketing managers accordingly;\\n
  • Contribute to building the sales pipeline by assisting the lines of business to identify and target the appropriate audience both inside and outside the aviation industry in close coordination with the marketing managers;\\n
  • Research industry trends and identify sales opportunities in co-ordination with the marketing and sales team;\\n
\\n


We would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria

  • \\n
  • At least (3) years of experience in a related position\\n
  • At least (1) year of experience working with an email CRM tool in an administrative function (not just a user)\\n
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue objectives and marketing campaigns\\n
Administrative responsibilities of CRM platform \\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques\\n
  • Highly developed in the following proficiencies:\\n

  • Campaign management and execution;\\n
metrics measurement and ROI;\\n

  • Advanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations while overseeing the implementation of the recommendations;\\n
  • Strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities;\\n
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team.\\n
  • Excellent oral and written English\\n
  • Experience with Google Analytics \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Certification is a plus;\\n
  • Experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce are big assets;\\n
