This is a very special and exciting new position!

We\\xe2\\x80\\x99re working with a manufacturer of low volume, complex plastics products selling to the Medical devices sector. Having recently acquired a new cleanroom, they are focussed on growing the Business, and looking for a manufacturing engineer to optimize the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s manufacturing processes including supplier management, material specifications, quality control, production processes, equipment/fixtures, and with the aim of doubling their production output.

The essentials:

• Experience working with tools such as Lean, 6-sigma, Kaizen, and SPC and with confidence to implement these into a formalised system in the company
• Fluency in German, English beneficial

Industry experience working in a small scale production facility for complex medical devices is ideal. Other tightly regulated industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Railways, and also Pharma are welcome to apply, particularly if the experience includes plastics type products, and clean room manufacturing\\xe2\\x80\\xa6.provided the Essentials are there. Add a demonstrated history in successfully completing validations and qualification projects, and we would have a close match.

This may well suit a person \\xe2\\x80\\x98stuck\\xe2\\x80\\x99 in a large company with limited authorisation/ability to implement change.
