Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

• You will help our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).
• You will have the opportunity to work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
• You will collaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client\\\'s business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports.
• You will work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
• You will collaborate with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.

Your profile

• You hold a master\\\'s degree and have completed the CA / CPA qualification or equivalent.
• You are technically extremely strong with an excellent working knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP).
• You have at least 5-7 years demonstrable international experience in a similar role, ideally at a Big 4, including at least 2\\xe2\\x80\\x934 years in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
• You are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
• You are flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
• You have excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
• You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
