Let\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Talk about the Role
You as Manager Strategic Accounts will be responsible for achieving clear defined quarter and FY targets / achievements within assigned account.
You will lead all in-season related activities for Vans, reporting directly into the Sr. Manager Strategic Accounts, being responsible for analytics, financials and inventory performance of Amazon at Vans.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Leading with the Sr. Manager Strategic Accounts the development and execution of the Strategy, the relationship management with the Account and to work against clear defined quarter and FY targets / achievements;
Driving the complete in season management, in alignment with the Sr. Manager Strategic Accounts. This includes OTB definition against Sales Objectives and mid / long-term Strategy, seasonal stock allocation, replenishment process, mark-down yearly planning and monitoring, monthly forecasting, allocation of stock against business needs, database maintenance and task execution with operational excellence;
Improving existing processes and tools with proactive attitude;
Developing performance analysis, for order book placement, seasonal forecasting and understanding of business trends on the marketplace, translating them into actionable insights data driven, sharing them back with the Sales Team, the Finance Team and the Product Team, to perform against target achievement and to seize business opportunities;
Fostering the cross functional teamwork towards goals achievement with Merchandising & Buying teams, with the Marketing Activation team for in season marketing plan definition, with the Sales Operation team and with the Customer Service Team, aligning with them on a weekly / bi-weekly basis;
Collaborating with other Vf Brands teams and X-Brands departments, with cooperative approach and performance mindset;
Developing deliverables against deadlines assigned, working in autonomy, presenting in public and managing preparation and follow up of meetings either with internal or external stakeholders;
Skills for Success
You should be a strategical thinker, with disciplined analytical approach, curios and excited about fast changing scenarios, with:
An expertise in the fashion industry - preferably with 1P or 3P experience within Amazon environment - proven track record of managing complex business in fast paced environment and forecasting in volatile scenarios. An expertise in Excel - Big Data Management - with basic understanding of BI data architecture, excellent English skills and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders;
A keen interest in numbers and details, with high analytical mindset;
The ability to think strategically and with mid-long term vision, to work in autonomy, very organized, with \\xe2\\x80\\x9ccan-do attitude\\xe2\\x80\\x9d;
The capability to work in team and cross functionally, agile in complex environments and at ease with multi-level communication and public speaking;
An understanding of Merchandising and Buying logics \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Planning Background is a plus \\xe2\\x80\\x93 with attention to trends and lifecycle management;
5+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in Sales on Digital Accounts/ Planning/ Buying within as fast-paced fashion and/ or sportwear retail business, preferably with Amazon 1P / 3P experience would be preferred
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Business Economics or equivalent are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
