The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) department at our client is looking to hire specialists for tech transfer in Solid dosage forms: encapsulation, wet granulation, tableting.
The MS&T team works across the entire lifecycle of the pharmaceutical production process with focus on process implementation in the small manufacturing unit on site.

Our client is an international biopharmaceutical company headquartered in the French speaking part of Switzerland with globally established and recognized products in various therapeutic area. The manufacture of pharmaceutical bulk material is technologically optimized and adapted to large-scale industrial production both at own sites and external suppliers.

The MS&T team works across the entire lifecycle of the pharmaceutical production process with focus on process implementation in the small manufacturing unit on site.
Your contribution:
- Provide expertise in solid oral dosage form development or manufacturing
- Manage tech transfer form development to commercial manufacturing stage
- Develop further innovative manufacturing technologies: reduce manufacturing costs, improve quality and increase process robustness
- Advise and assist on the definition of Critical Process Parameters and the development and implementation of control strategies and risk assessments
- Identify, assess and drive forward key innovation opportunities
- Pilot new technology. Ensure proof of concept, feasibility and pilot projects are carried out successfully
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- 5-10 years experience in Process Development and Implentation
- Explicit experience in Solid Oral dosage Forms in GMP environment like:
- Leadership skills and ability to influence and work across organizational boundaries
