Aufgaben

Project Manager in the Middle Office of Asset Management and responsible for designing and optimizing processes and tools / Responsible for reports generated by the SimCorp system and the development of new or optimized content for departments, management and investors / Analytical service function with interfaces to Portfolio Management, Business Development, Investment Operations, Client Service and IT / Monitoring and review of processes, data infrastructure and data quality in the investment portfolios / Post-trade support, reconciliation of data and controlling of shadow accounting, troubleshooting / Ongoing optimization and efficiency improvement of monthly and quarterly reports for the departments, senior management and investors / Ad hoc adjustments of tools and processes / Controlling of data from external asset managers, data service providers and data suppliers of market data (e. g. Bloomberg) / Ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders and interface management to several departments / Project management, further digitalization of processes, data and systems.

Qualifikation

Bachelor or Master / Studies in business administration, business informatics or industrial engineering / Professional experience in asset management or banking and with the system SimCorp Dimensions / Interest in both business and IT-technical issues related to investments / Interest in the management of investment products and IT / Work experience with e. g. Bloomberg, Datastream / Analytical and conceptual skills, accurate and independent way of working / Productive and able to work in a team even under time pressure / Service-oriented / Expertise with SimCorp Dimensions, MS-Excel, SQL basic / Working language, English.
