We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of EMEA Contract Management & Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will provide analytical and contractual support to our commercial sales teams, oversee the contract life-cycle, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of commercial contracts.
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations, maintaining accurate sales contracts database.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with senior sales teams and provide guidance throughout the contract management process.
  • Manage contract management systems (Oracle & SFDC) and ensure timely processing of contracts.
  • Drive tender preparation, negotiation, and post-award contract implementation activities.
  • Coordinate operational activities within the team, anticipating workload changes and developments.
  • Collaborate with the Legal department to resolve complex legal issues and facilitate successful contract negotiations.
  • Prepare metrics on contract throughput and manage internal audits for compliance.
  • Communicate contract terms and obligations to stakeholders, maintaining positive relations with customers.
  • Streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary procedures to improve turnaround time and compliance.
  • Report on compliance of existing contracts and manage approved action items by the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide training to elevate contract management understanding.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for aligned contract terms and assist in contract audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and administering complex commercial contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and contract management processes and risk evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in driving process optimization and managing contract management systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities (previous team management experience is required)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
