Manager Cost Productivity and Strategic Projects - (f/m/d)

PURPOSE:

As a Cost Productivity Manager, you will become part of Consumer Health\\\'s Planning, Analytics, and Cash Flow team and actively shape and anchor our zero-based cost management philosophy into day-to-day financial management. You will work closely with regional and cross-functional experts to continuously identify efficiencies and drive activation of initiatives. As a team player you will help us expand our approach and further develop our cost controlling capabilities. Additionally, you have a passion for analytics and help up-skilling of data science and digital solutions in Finance.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engrain cost productivity culture in organizational DNA and continue to instill respective mindset across Consumer Health
• Evolve Zero-Based-Budgeting (ZBB) into holistic cost management expertise for OPEX as part of divisional planning and reporting
• Leverage existing and develop new playbooks partnering with functional experts, focusing on efficiency initiatives in key focus areas
• Conduct cost benchmarking versus divisional peer group to identify drill sites for cost management
• Support strategic projects that support the divisional strategy, such as LIFT
• Drive cost transparency, identify annual fresh savings, and ensure realization of agreed measures for Consumer Health markets and functions
• Integrate value driver insights into performance reporting cycles as well as planning processes (operational and strategic planning)
• Manage change and communication efforts with respect to CH\\\'s cost management program
• Advance central cost controlling capability in Consumer Health

WHO YOU ARE:

• Excellent Finance skills (Master\\\'s degree or comparable) and minimum of 5-7 year job experience in Finance or a related function
• In-depth understanding of performance management cycles and related systems and processes
• Experience in a global roll-out of a concept or capability, ideally in a performance improvement or zero-based context
• Project management experience in large transformation project
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and judgment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management, functions and regions/countries in a very international environment
• Digital skills and mindset is a plus
