We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, lateral thinker to join our M&A, Strategy and Investor Relations team to help shape the future of medmix.
Based out of our Baar or Haag office you will be responsible for generating and managing our pipeline for mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint venture and strategic partnership activities. Further, you will generate and manage our organic strategic business opportunities. Moreover, you will define new opportunities outside of our current scope. In this position you are a key business partner to senior leadership and highly visible at the most senior levels of medmix Group. To be successful in this role you enjoy diving deep into complex problems and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Description
In this role you will:
Be a valued member of our dynamic M&A, Strategy and Investor Relations team, working alongside experienced professionals with exposure to senior decision makers and potential acquisition targets
Gain experience on a broad range of tasks in relation to the full M&A process starting with screening to closing
Further your knowledge and understanding of dental, surgery, drug delivery, industrial and beauty sub-sectors
Identify organic and acquisitive opportunities that support medmix strategic priorities
Create, drive and manage M&A pipeline and bring opportunities to execution stage by convincing owners
Create, drive and manage organic business development opportunities
Evaluate the benefits of potential acquisitions and manage the process of building both internal and external consensus
Evaluate opportunities and risks in potential transactions
Investor Relations benchmarking
Work in a hybrid environment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in investment banking/M&A/strategy in a corporate or financial services environment is a must
Demonstrated experience in creating an M&A pipeline for a wide variety of transactions, China and/or Healthcare experience are a plus
Bachelor\\\'s degree in in Finance and/or business fields (Master\\\'s degree preferred)
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), another language is a plus
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
Ability to do deep dive research into niche product and solution areas
