About This Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with all client onboarding, deployment of the system, maintenance, inventory management, and shipping for the FeedbackNow solution in Europe.

This person will support activities related to internal inventory movement, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving. This individual should have a strong client orientation; high attention to detail; a pragmatic and hands-on mentality; and commitment to deliver consistently and efficiently to clients.

The successful candidate will directly handle and ensure end-to-end successful installation of the solution in person or remotely, provide maintenance service, manage stock, and work with other members in the team to maintain high levels of satisfaction with the solution.

Job Description:

Shipping:

\\xc2\\xb7 Pack, pick, and ship all equipment needed for client inquiries and sales.

\\xc2\\xb7 Track shipment reasons (installation, maintenance, replacement, etc.).

\\xc2\\xb7 Prepare and record all necessary documentation (shipping form, out-of-stock forms, delivery confirmations).

Inventory management:

\\xc2\\xb7 Receive and record deliveries of new equipment.

\\xc2\\xb7 Conduct quality control, device testing, and inventory maintenance.

\\xc2\\xb7 Maintain stock minimum and place orders according to incoming orders with central warehouse.

\\xc2\\xb7 Run quarterly inventory audit.

\\xc2\\xb7 Support the implementation of new or improved supply chain processes to boost efficiency or performance.

\\xc2\\xb7 Support activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.

\\xc2\\xb7 Participate in meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, process, and pricing.

Customer deployment:

\\xc2\\xb7 Travel to client sites to install equipment.

\\xc2\\xb7 Provide remote assistance for client self-installation.

\\xc2\\xb7 Provide training and assistance to third-party installers.

\\xc2\\xb7 Ensure fully working solution is deployed.

\\xc2\\xb7 Manage equipment entry and setup in backend.

\\xc2\\xb7 Train customers on basic platform features.

\\xc2\\xb7 Track deployment completion and collect installation certificate for audit purposes.

Maintenance:

\\xc2\\xb7 Conduct daily checks of device status using dedicated reporting tools.

\\xc2\\xb7 Perform analysis to determine outage issues and produce reports to customer success team.

\\xc2\\xb7 Contact clients to inform them of device that requires maintenance and provide remote assistance or organize device replacement.

\\xc2\\xb7 Maintain an up-to-date report of client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s maintenance point of contact.

\\xc2\\xb7 Schedule and plan regular client maintenance visits.

\\xc2\\xb7 Arrange shipping of replacement equipment for maintenance.

\\xc2\\xb7 Travel to client for maintenance visits.

\\xc2\\xb7 Help large clients maintain a \\xe2\\x80\\x9creplacement\\xe2\\x80\\x9d inventory onsite.

\\xc2\\xb7 Train client maintenance team on FeedbackNow maintenance procedures.

\\xc2\\xb7 Manage the maintenance help desk phone and email account.

\\xc2\\xb7 Provide level one assistance with web platform and mobile app.

\\xc2\\xb7 Report bugs and other malfunctions to the development teams.

Job Requirements:

\\xc2\\xb7 Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian or German is a plus.

\\xc2\\xb7 Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree is a plus.

\\xc2\\xb7 Knowledge of office suite is necessary.

\\xc2\\xb7 Manual work experience is a plus.

\\xc2\\xb7 Good communication skills (written, phone, or in person with clients).

\\xc2\\xb7 Keen attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

\\xc2\\xb7 The ability to learn new skills and operations quickly and willingly.

\\xc2\\xb7 Willingness to be on one\\xe2\\x80\\x99s feet at any given time of the day: shipping, packing, onsite work, etc.
