This role will work closely with internal technical teams, and global LIMS users to translate requirements into comprehensive end-to-end LIMS enhancements and new functionalities for LIMS, Stability and ELN.

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with global and site business teams, Managed Services and other internal team members to support our LIMS business processes at a global level.
• Designs, configures, develops, and enhances LIMS functionalities to meet business requirements leveraging as much of out-of-the-box system as possible.
• Develops LIMS integration with instruments and other applications such as SAP, EMPOWER, and Oracle.
• Prepares custom reports and visual dashboards using Crystal Reports and Jasper.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS/ MS in information technology, Science, engineering or with equivalent experience in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 5+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in IT with demonstrated success in delivering and supporting COTS, custom-built solutions and managing/partnering with software vendors and service providers.
• Must have 2+ years of experience as a developer for the Labware application
• Experience working with relational SQL databases
• Must have knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and of computer systems validation (CSV)
• Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root causes, create action plans, assess impact and develop resolution options.
• Knowledge of cGxP and 21CFR Part11 standards.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:

• Experience developing custom reports using Crystal Reports or Jasper Suite
• Knowledge of GxP laboratory instrumentation and metrology practices, Electronic Instrument Logbooks, Lab Execution Systems (LES) and lab instrument software.
• Knowledgeable in enterprise lab systems and Quality Management concepts that are used in Bio Pharma industry laboratory settings.
