The ATO & OPS Management takes care of the licensing of instructors, the approval of manuals and courses, as well as the planning of further training for instructors. As a Licence Administrator, you will be responsible for licensing tasks.

• Monitoring of license expiration dates and submission & management of associated renewal applications.
• Derivation of measures as well as coordination and planning of necessary training and check events for license maintenance and renewal
• Administrative tasks such as entry and exit of instructors
• Organization and coordination of annual instructor refresher trainings
• Interface between BAZL (aviation authority), Lufthansa Aviation Training Operations Germany GmbH and SWISS International Air Lines AG
• Clarification of special licensing cases with the aviation authority
• Assistance in the supervision of internships in the area of licensing
• Organizational support of the Teamleads ATO & OPS Management
• Participation in ongoing projects

Requirements

Ideally, you will bring the following:

• You have completed basic commercial training or have equivalent training or further education
• You have professional experience in a similar function
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to work under pressure
• You are skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
• You are a team player, flexible and have a high degree of independence
• You are used to working in a dynamic and international environment
• You bring along a high motivation to work and a high quality awareness
• You have the ability to efficiently coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluency in German and English (C1)
• Experience in aviation and project management is an advantage
