In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and services at the intersection of law, technology, and data.
Key responsibilities:
- Independent drafting and legal review of contracts in the field of computational law
- Advising scientists/researchers on legal issues related to technological conducting research projects with third parties
- Negotiating with Swiss and international contractors
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to IT Law
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and legal professionals, to develop and deploy computational law solutions.
Key requirements:
- A degree in law
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Specialisation and/or significant experience in Computational Law, flair for technological subjects
- Experience in legal technology, technology transfer or licensing
- Ability to adapt to and embrace emerging technologies and advancements in the field of computational law.
- Ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to protecting the rights and interests of clients in all aspects of computational law practice.
