In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and services at the intersection of law, technology, and data.
Key responsibilities:
Independent drafting and legal review of contracts in the field of computational law
Advising scientists/researchers on legal issues related to technological conducting research projects with third parties
Negotiating with Swiss and international contractors
Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to IT Law
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and legal professionals, to develop and deploy computational law solutions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry is required to succeed in this legal advisory role.
Key requirements:
A degree in law
Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
Specialisation and/or significant experience in Computational Law, flair for technological subjects
Experience in legal technology, technology transfer or licensing
Ability to adapt to and embrace emerging technologies and advancements in the field of computational law.
