• Your mission at Climeworks is to accurately and timely advise in a pragmatic fashion on a broad range of legal and related topics in close collaboration with the involved business development and/or technical teams.\\n
• You act as the single point of contact for a part of the business or a legal topic at Climeworks and efficiently provide legal advice.\\n
• You negotiate, draft, review and administrate agreements of the Climeworks group.\\n
• You support technical and business teams in all legal matters with the aim of minimizing their efforts for legal matters.\\n
• You coordinate external legal counsels and design and implement scalable work processes to ensure legal compliance of the Climeworks group.\\n
• You draft and refine template contracts and other legal documents.\\n
• You prepare training documentation and conduct trainings on legal matters relevant to the technical or business teams you are advising.\\n

• You hold a master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in law.\\n
• You have a license to practice law in Switzerland, a US state or the District of Columbia or in the UK.\\n
• You have at least three years experience in an in-house position and extensive (at least 5 years) experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts.\\n
• You have excellent negotiation skills and a precise and reliable working style.\\n
• You have a strong commercial and business mindset and financial literacy.\\n
• You have a practical approach and your excellent communication skills set you apart.\\n
• You are business fluent in English and open to travel occasionally (10%)\\n
