YOUR FUTURE ROLE - LEAD ERP Cloud Finance ArchitectWe are looking for a Lead Architect who masters our ERP Cloud Finance solutions, business processes and technology design within the Finance domain. The Architect will be part of the Swiss Applications Consulting team who is part of a larger EMEA Applications Consulting organization. In this position you are responsible for implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials Cloud Service) solutions for our customers in Switzerland.
Assist as trusted advisor existing customers in the optimal use of the Oracle ERP Cloud products and related business
Working with existing and new customers to understand their needs and deliver the perfect solution accordingly
Conduct formal workshops with the client to recommend future state process and solution design
Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP
Define implementation roadmaps and produce project estimates with project managers
Contribute to high level planning and implementation methodology of the project
Perform consulting presales work (solution and approach presentations, participation in the proposal process)
Work closely with other departments (e.g. Customer Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales)
Take the lead on understanding new products and features available

Master Business degree/ University in Business Economics and or Financial Management
Ideally a qualified accountant, expert within the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Accounting Hub
Proven
5 years\\\' experience working with Oracle ERP Finance Systems and or Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems, ideally across different industries and clients, and with multi-national financial experience * Any Oracle ERP Cloud Finance experience is a plus
Proven track record of consistently excellent delivery
High level of energy, drive, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
Ability to guide our clients and to demonstrate thought leadership as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions
Ability to travel as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (Geneva) or German (Z\\xc3\\xbcrich), and English
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and good stakeholder management
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Strong engagement performance such as to exceed Oracle and client expectations (e.g. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time reporting)
Ability to hold and sustain C level relationships
