\\n I\\\'m currently seeking a Lead Data Architect to spearhead the implementation of our cutting-edge data platform for an innovative pharmaceutical company based in Schwyz canton.

In this role, you\\\'ll be a pivotal member of our corporate IT team, collaborating with international colleagues to drive high-value data use cases and shape the future of our data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future: Shape the future data architecture, technical framework, and data governance strategies that will drive our organization forward.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with various departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, encompassing data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, data lakes, machine learning, and data warehousing.
• Ensure Excellence: Guarantee that our solutions exhibit high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of previous experience in data architecture and data science, reflecting your commitment to excellence.
• A track record of working with enterprise-scale technical experience, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, data models, and technology management.
• Knowledge across a range of areas, including Data Platforms, Cloud Solutions, SQL, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB), Big Data and Data Warehouses, Advanced Analytics (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks), visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik), Data Science, Machine Learning (including Azure ML, ML Server, Python), and Artificial Intelligence.
