Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless supply chain operation? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Associate to join our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Supply Chain team. As a key member of the organisation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product demand and strategies supply planning activities, guaranteeing a continuous and uninterrupted flow of products into the market.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the preparation of the Monthly NRP (Need Requirements Plan) and liaise with our production facilities and external manufacturing teams, ensuring timely availability of finished goods in line with inventory norms.
Exercise sound judgement in reviewing new business requirements and approving additional volumes post-evaluation to optimise supply allocation.
Take charge of setting up new product launch SKU\\xe2\\x80\\x99s in various systems, coordinating and maintaining the necessary documentation for seamless implementation.
Forge effective partnerships with both front-end and back-end teams to facilitate product changes without compromising supply and availability.
Skilfully conduct month, quarter, and annual inventory reconciliations with 3PL, Plants, WIP & Co-Packers, and ensure transparent communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
Uphold the integrity of master data setups as per SOP and MRP requirements, guaranteeing accurate and efficient planning.
Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and smooth receipt of imported finished goods, addressing and resolving any arising issues proactively.
Work in tandem with the Quality team to ensure the proper release of prioritised finished goods, adhering to stringent quality standards.
Take charge of maintaining critical databases, including Back Orders, New Business Bids, and S&OP data, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Identify and publish reports on slow-moving stocks and potential write-offs to optimise inventory management.
Produce and distribute comprehensive Weekly/Monthly sales reports, offering granular insights into customer-wise quantities and trends.
Liaise with Customer Service and Quality departments regarding product returns, ensuring an appropriate disposition of the items.
Successfully load commits into SAP on a monthly basis, contributing to a robust and efficient supply chain system.
Drive the S&OP process at the plant level, conducting weekly calls with all manufacturing plants to maintain updated statuses and align goals.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT\\xe2\\x80\\x99s) on various projects, such as site transfers, AVD, API changes, etc., ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions to the supply chain.
Undertake special projects and assignments as required, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s / Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant fields.
Demonstrated experience of at least 7 years (Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s) or 5 years (Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s) in a demand planning/forecasting/supply planning role.
Proficiency in handling large datasets and developing diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models.
Strong knowledge of MS Office is essential
Preferred experience with SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
