• Assess laboratory processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and implement data transmission processes using HL7, LDT, and other protocols.
• Select, configure, and test Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Train team members and customers on laboratory-specific topics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize laboratory workflows.

WIE DIR DAS GELINGTWe are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the medical laboratory field, ideally with experience in IT-related roles within this environment. Previous roles could include, but are not limited to: Software Developer, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, Project Manager. Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a medical laboratory setting, showcasing successful implementations, process optimizations, and effective troubleshooting of IT-related systems Optional Skills:

• Familiarity with healthcare data transmission protocols such as HL7 or similar.
• Proficiency in databases and SQL.
• Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or others.
• Knowledge of the Swiss health / medical laboratory ecosystem.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English and German is required. French or Italian is a plus.
