For almost 50 years, the company has specialised in the areas of health, wellness and luxury hotels. Located at the foot of the Swiss Alps, the Chenot Palace in Weggis has 97 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a tea lounge. The medical spa covers an area of 5,000 m\\xc2\\xb2 and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support the Chenot Detox programmes.

Tasks & Challenges

• Daily support of the Chef and kitchen brigade
• Responsible for cleanliness according to HACCP
• Ensure that the food production meets the highest standards
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Qualifications & Competences

• Student at a Swiss Hospitality Management School
• First experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English, any additional language as an advantage
• Willing to work in shifts and part-time
