The Key Account Desk, a small, highly qualified team responsible for servicing a large client mandate consisting of trusts and companies, is looking for a Client Support Specialist
Job Specification
Execution of clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 orders, payments and trades ensuring complete adherence to client specifications, compliance, internal rules and all relevant regulations
Preparation of bespoke reporting and handling of information requests by the client
Support and execution of client daily cash management
Confirmation of order execution and handling of the document management / electronic archiving
Maintenance and usage of VBA-run Access databases to support the reporting to the clients.
Leading a project of redesigning programs in light of a planned migration of Temenos T24, our core banking software system, in close collaboration with our internal Finance and IT desks
Daily administrative tasks of the desk
Required profile
Banking apprenticeship or degree in finance/economics and ideally at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
Experience in taking care of UHNWI clientele and committed to apply a high client- and service- orientation towards the client lifecycle
Excellent MS Office skills (particular in Access and Excel)
Basic VBA programming skills is a key requirement for this role
Fluency in English, German knowledge desirable
Team player, supportive, with the ability to deal in a transparent and collegiate manner
Positive, empathetic personality and a flexible can-do attitude. Able to handling multiple assignments at the same time and work accurately under time pressure.
