A motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. \\n

The position is based in our office in Geneva, with a reporting line to the Head of Sales. \\n

About the Job \\n

\\nThe role consists of the following :\\n
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. \\n
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. \\n
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. \\n
Collaborate with senior sales professionals to achieve team targets. \\n
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. \\n
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. \\n

We are looking for a dynamic person who is result oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. \\n

More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies: \\n

Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. \\n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \\n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \\n
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment. \\n
Basic understanding of financial products and private markets is a plus. \\n
